Working on documents together, preparing applications and discussing next steps: we agree with you on the work we will undertake before you commission it.
A confirmed public price for this guidance has not yet been set. Online purchases are currently unavailable. You can request a quote first and then decide.
Search and introductions
Depends on the pathway and agreement
We discuss suitable employers, host families or FSJ/BFD placements with you. The assignment, service, payer and any fee must be clear before placement work begins.
Employers pay for vocational training placement. This also covers the preparation needed for that placement; we do not charge applicants for it as a separate package. Section 296a SGB III (German)

If you want further help with appointments and everyday questions, we agree on its price, scope, duration and cancellation terms first. An account or placement does not start an automatic subscription.
What we clarify before costs arise
- The specific work Nutchi will undertake and what is excluded.
- Who pays and the total price including any applicable taxes.
- When the service begins, how long it lasts, and the applicable ending and refund terms.
- Other costs to plan for, such as language learning, translations, a visa, travel, insurance or accommodation.
Contact with your approval
Before sharing documents with an employer, host family or placement organisation, we agree with you on the recipient and the documents. We cannot guarantee a suitable opening, acceptance or a visa.
