When do I pay?
Registration, your profile and uploads are free. The €150 au pair placement fee includes any applicable VAT and is payable only after a valid au pair contract and, where required, the residence permit have been obtained. Training employers pay for training placement, including necessary preparation. Travel, language learning and official procedures may involve additional costs.
Do I need the subscription to find a training position?
No. Everyday support is a separate, optional service. Placement questions and necessary preparation remain part of training placement; applicants are not charged for them through a subscription.
What happens to my documents?
You manage them in your existing account. Our team can leave feedback. Before sharing documents externally, we agree on the recipient and the documents with you.
Is a placement or visa guaranteed?
No. We first review your request. Host families, training employers and authorities make their own decisions. An au pair stay does not automatically lead to training or permanent residence.
