Terms of use

1. Provider and scope

Nutchi is operated by Patrick Walter. These terms cover the free account and the preparation and support described here.

These terms form part of our agreement only when agreed with you. Publishing a new version does not automatically change existing agreements. Individually agreed terms take priority.

2. The free service

Nutchi helps people from Rwanda prepare for an au pair stay, voluntary service (FSJ/BFD), vocational training or skilled employment in Germany. Your account lets you maintain your profile and chosen pathway, work through preparation steps, upload documents and follow team feedback and messages.

A complete profile, completed checklist or internal review status records your progress. It is not a legal eligibility decision or a promise of a placement, contract or visa. No specific team response time is currently agreed.

3. No payment obligation from using your account

Registration and use of this free service incur no fees. Your account does not automatically become a paid subscription. An enquiry or viewing a possible additional service is not a paid order.

Paid additional services are outside these terms. They would require a separate, legally permissible agreement with a clear scope and price and the required consumer information.

4. Your account and information

Use an email address you are authorised to access. Keep sign-in links private and report suspected unauthorised access. Where your use requires consent from your legal representative, that consent must be in place.

Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and update relevant changes. Upload only necessary documents you are entitled to use. Forged documents, malicious software, abusive messages and access to other people's accounts are not permitted.

Keep original documents and your own copies. Follow the deadlines communicated by authorities, employers or other responsible organisations. An account task or reminder does not mean Nutchi has taken responsibility for monitoring your legal deadlines.

5. Document review and limits of support

The team may review administrative completeness and readability and identify missing information. This is not authentication, a certified translation, recognition of a qualification or a legal assessment of an individual case.

This service does not provide legal advice or representation before authorities. Questions requiring a legal assessment of your circumstances should be addressed to an authorised adviser or lawyer. Decisions about employment, training, residence or entry are made by the responsible organisations and authorities.

6. Partners and placement progress

An internal assignment to a partner or opportunity records work in progress. It does not send an application or constitute an offer from the partner. It does not automatically share your documents with employers, host families, service providers or authorities. The purpose, recipient and legal basis must be clarified separately before any external sharing.

7. Privacy and documents

Rights in uploaded documents remain with you or their respective owners. Nutchi processes them only as needed for the agreed service and permitted data processing. Accepting these terms is not consent to advertising or unrestricted sharing of your data.

The privacy notice explains purposes, recipients, retention and your rights.

8. Availability and liability

Technical faults and necessary maintenance may temporarily affect access. We communicate known significant restrictions through appropriate contact channels. This does not exclude our statutory obligations.

Statutory rules apply to defects and damages. These terms do not restrict statutory liability claims or mandatory consumer rights.

9. Ending use and resolving access restrictions

You can end the free account agreement at any time without notice by emailing contact@nutchi.de. State your account email address. We may request proportionate verification of your identity for security. You do not need to purchase anything to do this.

Where there are specific indications of unauthorised access or serious misuse, we may temporarily restrict access as necessary. We consider your legitimate interests, explain the reason where legally permitted and allow you to contact us to resolve the issue. Statutory termination rights remain in place.

Ending use and deleting data are different matters. Retention duties and deletion rights follow the privacy notice and applicable law. Withdrawal information

10. Changes and statutory rights

Changes to these terms that require agreement will be presented to you for acceptance. Silence or continued use does not automatically constitute consent. We will not introduce a payment obligation for your free account without a separate express agreement.

The German and English versions describe the same terms. Mandatory protections, including consumer rights, remain unaffected. These terms do not impose an exclusive court jurisdiction.
