Ending your free account
The current account for preparation, document management and team contact is free. You can end this agreement at any time without notice by emailing contact@nutchi.de. State your account email address; do not attach an identity document to an initial request.
There is no account fee for using or ending the service. This does not restrict statutory withdrawal rights. A free agreement may also fall within consumer law, depending in particular on the purposes of data processing.
Statutory right of withdrawal
Where you have a statutory consumer right to withdraw from your account agreement, you may withdraw within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period starts when the agreement is concluded, but not before you have received proper information about that right. Any different statutory time limits remain unaffected.
Tell the following provider clearly which agreement you wish to withdraw from, for example by email or letter. No particular form is required. Sending your declaration before the deadline is sufficient to meet it.

Effects and handling of data
A valid withdrawal ends the obligations under the withdrawn agreement. You owe no compensation for use of the free service. Signing in or uploading a file does not create a payment obligation or declare that you waive statutory rights.
Where payments must be refunded following withdrawal, statutory refund rules apply; the same payment method must generally be used without an additional refund fee. The free account described here requires no payment.
